INSTRUCTIONS:
Always refer to the
Event Forms: Home
page for the latest information, deadlines, and links to the various sections of the Event Application form. The sections of the form are accessed on the menu bar above, linked within the yellow buttons. All sections must be completed.
WHERE IS THE RECORDING INFORMATION FORM?
We have moved fully to the Event forms. Your submission for the event forms supplies us with the information we need for our recording crews.
STUDENT REHEARSAL POLICY
. Students may schedule one 2-hour rehearsal and one 2-hour dress rehearsal per performance in the performance venue. Pianists may schedule two 2-hour rehearsals and one 2-hour dress rehearsals in the performance venue.
STUDENT FEES.
All recitals are subject to recording fees. Non-degree recitals are also subject for a piano/harpsichord tuning fee of $85.00, program printing fee of $55.00, and stage crew costs estimated at $85.00; an estimated $225.00 total.

to make certain you are within the correct timeline for requesting the "booking", the first Step in the process. Review the Main Events Calendar and the Venue Calendars to make certain that the Event Times you want are available. On the
Department Portal site
, these calendars are listed under the "Events/Venues" navigation bar, just below the Portal banner.
° At least six weeks before your event, you are required to complete the Preview / Dress Rehearsals Form.
° At least three weeks before your event, you are required to complete the Event Information Form.
° Within the week after your event, please complete the Event Exit Survey Form
