Jim Ancona

Jim Ancona is currently serving as the Percussion Caption Head for the Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps. Last August the Cavaliers won their 7th Drum Corps International World Championship (their fifth in seven years). The championship competition was broadcast on ESPN 2 in September. The Cavaliers hope to tour and compete in Europe and North America in the summer of 2007. Jim was also a contributing author to the marching percussion instruction book: Green Beats. This text is an in-depth look at the technique, exercise, and musical program of the Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps Percussion Section.
